These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of creditboost777.com and our client portal (together, the "Service"), operated by Credit Boost Management Services ("CBMS", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The credit-improvement services we provide are also governed by your Credit Services Agreement; if there is a conflict between that Agreement and these Terms regarding those services, the Credit Services Agreement governs.

1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and a resident of Canada outside the Province of Quebec. The Service is currently offered only to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and is not available to residents of Quebec at this time.

2. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may hold one account unless we agree otherwise. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. The Service

CBMS provides credit-improvement support, education, and administrative assistance. We are not a credit bureau, bank, lender, or law firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any specific credit result. The specific services you receive are described in your Credit Services Agreement.

4. Free Trial, Subscription, and Billing

4.1 Free first month. New eligible clients receive the first month of the subscription free. The free month is your onboarding month and includes account setup, your initial credit analysis, your personalized plan, Credit Lock guidance, your document vault, and full access to our education library and platform tools. Plan-specific recurring services — such as monthly expert file reviews, scheduled check-in calls, and priority support — begin with your first paid month.

4.2 Payment method required. A valid payment method is required to start, even during the free month. For pre-authorized debit (PAD), your banking details are provided directly to and verified by our payment processor — CBMS never sees or stores your bank account numbers — and you authorize the processor to keep your PAD authorization on file for future monthly billing. If you pay by Interac eTransfer, no payment details are stored.

4.3 Automatic conversion to paid. Unless you cancel before the free month ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid monthly subscription at the then-current price of your selected plan (currently Basic $29.99, Standard $49.99, or Premium $79.99 CAD per month, plus applicable HST), charged automatically to your payment method.

4.4 Automatic renewal. Your paid subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

4.5 Reminder before first charge. We will send you a reminder before your first paid charge, stating the date and the amount you will be charged.

4.6 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following period. If you cancel during the free month, you will not be charged at all.

4.7 Price changes. We may change our prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

4.8 Taxes. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which may be added to your charge.

4.9 Promotional and gift codes. From time to time we may issue promotional or gift codes that grant free or discounted access. Unless stated otherwise, codes are limited to one per customer, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or revoked if misused.

5. No Money-Back Guarantee; Refunds

Consistent with your Credit Services Agreement, fees are charged for the services we provide during each billing period and are non-refundable, except where a non-waivable cancellation or refund right applies under applicable law. Where your province provides a statutory cooling-off period for this type of agreement, you may cancel within the period the law allows by notifying us in writing. We do not provide refunds on the basis that your credit score or report did not change.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for your own credit and for lawful purposes. You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; ask us to dispute information you know to be accurate; copy, modify, interfere with, or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems; or use the Service to violate any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by CBMS or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, such as payment processing and credit bureaus. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific credit outcome, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations. Nothing provided through the Service is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBMS from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as those on fees owing, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

14. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The mandatory consumer-protection laws of your province of residence may also apply to you.
