The Short Version

Your first month is free. After that, your plan continues month to month at your selected price plus HST, and you can cancel at any time. We charge nothing until a full month of service has already been provided.

How to Cancel

Cancel any time through your client portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will not be charged again, and you keep access to the Service until that period ends.

Cooling-Off Period

Ontario consumer-protection law may give you a cooling-off period after you sign your Credit Services Agreement. If you cancel within that window, you receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Your signed Agreement states the exact window that applies to you.

Refunds

Monthly fees pay for the service month already provided, and are non-refundable except where a nonwaivable legal right applies or where we agree otherwise in writing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within ten business days.

Failed or Returned Payments

If a payment fails or is returned, we will contact you to arrange payment. Keeping your account in good standing keeps your service uninterrupted.

Free Month

Your free first month is your onboarding month: account setup, your initial credit analysis, your personalized plan, Credit Lock guidance, your document vault, and full access to our education library and platform tools. Plan-specific recurring services — monthly file reviews, scheduled check-in calls, and priority support — begin with your first paid month. Limited to one free month per person.

Your Agreement Governs

If anything on this page differs from your signed Credit Services Agreement, the Agreement governs. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
