CREDIT BOOST MANAGEMENT Services Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Short Version

Membership is month to month at the rate in our Terms of Use: $79 per month for the Founding 50, $99 per month after the first fifty members, and $39 per month for maintenance membership after graduation. All prices are in Canadian dollars and no tax is currently charged. There is no free trial, no contract, no minimum term, and no notice period, and you can cancel at any time.

How to Cancel

Cancel at any time by stopping the recurring Interac e-Transfer in your own online banking. You do not need to call us, email us, or give notice. Your membership ends with the last month you have paid for, and you keep access to the Service until that month ends. If you are on the Founding 50 rate, that rate is held only while your membership remains continuous.

Cooling-Off Period

Ontario consumer-protection law may give you a cooling-off period after you sign your Credit Services Agreement. If you cancel within that window, you receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Your signed Agreement states the exact window that applies to you.

Refunds

Monthly fees cover the month of service they are paid for and are non-refundable, except where a non-waivable legal right applies or where we agree otherwise in writing. Approved refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer to the email address your payment came from, normally within ten business days. We do not provide refunds on the basis that your credit score or report did not change.

Missed or Late Payments

If a monthly transfer does not arrive, we will contact you to arrange payment. Keeping your membership current keeps your service uninterrupted.

Your Agreement Governs

If anything on this page differs from your signed Credit Services Agreement, the Agreement governs. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
